Very disappointed with this business. At first everybody seemed so nice and friendly. I told him that I needed to have my lab coats done in two days and they told me that would not be a problem. When I called they were closed. I was told by the person that they would make arrangements to have this available to me on Saturday. I had to go out of town on business and needed my lab coats. When I called the owner hung up on me. He then had his employee call me to try to set things straight. The employee apologized profusely and told me that he would get this straightened out. I am a student at Touro University across the street from this business and know that it is normally where everyone gets their white coats embroidered, usually during our first year as a fundraiser. However, I missed the fundraiser and with our practice patient encounters starting around the corner, I needed my white coat done in a pinch! Initially I called on a Wednesday and was told it would take about a week which would have been okay, but the gentleman on the phone was very kind and asked if that worked for me/when I needed it done. I told him that by Monday would be the best case scenario
