Stephen was quick to return my inquiry about flooring installation. Came out within a few days of the call, free consultation went quickly, and found the perfect vinyl to match the wood color I was looking for. My flooring was all installed in one day, and they came out the next just to touch up and make sure everything was spotless. Best Friends Flooring installed some new carpet in my daughter’s game room today and we could not be happier with our experience. From the start, Steven was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was communicative and showed up when he said he would. Manuel installed the actual carpet, but Steven was here too this morning to go over the scope of the project once more, and to get things rolling. Manuel is AMAZING!! A second water damage in my space! I did not want to use use the vendor from my previous water damage so I went in search of another flooring company. I saw an ad in the TowneLaker monthly magazine for "Best Friends Flooring". I called and spoke to Stephen and he came out right away with friendliness and samples. He recommended the luxury vinyl tiles since it was on a slab. He worked within my budget and schedule. The installation is fantastic and I love the flooring. I plan on using this company again in the future when I tackle the upstairs flooring.

Stephen at Best Friends Flooring came out to quote and explained all the different options for our home. We have dogs and cats and needed a waterproof durable floor and went with Luxury Vinyl Planks. They were able to install the next week but when the crew was installing the floor we ordered it wasn't going down perfectly and they contacted the owner. He immediately got in touch with us to explain the issue and went back to the vendor with video and pics to realize it was a defective floor. Stephen then went to get an alternative floor that was in stock and he personally brought it to our home

Steven is THE BEST! We bought a new home and needed to replace the flooring downstairs. After receiving a quote for vinyl downstairs, we found Best Friends Flooring. Their quote was beyond competitive. For the price of vinyl downstairs with the other company, I was able to get the flooring replaced throughout the entire home.
