I have more than 25 years of experience in contracts law. My undergraduate degree in political science was received from Temple University, and I earned his law degree from the Rutgers University School of Law. I served eight years, from 1988-1997, as in-house counsel for Philadelphia Gas Works, where I gained the necessary skills to analyze, draft, and negotiate contracts.
