Honestly the worst people ever. There children. They threw us out of our apartment for no reason then blocked all our numbers from calling. They completely ignore us won’t tell us why we are getting kicked out. Won’t let us speak to anyone. We pay are rent on time all the time we are very good tenets never had any problems then we receive this. There a scam. There horrible where ever they are do not apply for there apartments. They honestly need to get sued for everything they’ve done to everyone.

I applied for an apartment on a Sunday after viewing the property and having the manager tell me I will call you tomorrow Monday to let you know how it went. Come Monday I call the manager and he says sorry the apartment was rented to someone that viewed the apartment a long time ago. Why would they have me apply if the apartment was already taken?? Now I've been calling the property management to see what can be done and it's like they don't even exist. The phone doesn't ring and just goes straight to a voicemail that hasn't been set up!!! How crooked does this sound. Almost 100 dollars lost.

DISCRIMINATION BASED ON ETHNIC BACKGROUND:
I have been a long term tenant for 10 years. Lately the building started having city inspections due to a couple of tenants who filed complaints with the city. This property management just served me a 60 day notice to vacate my unit even though I have been paying rent on time for the last 10 years. The on-site manager stated that they are trying to replace the existing tenants with none-Koreans.
