DO NOT use this agency! Sam Lee spent weeks processing our application, scheduling property tours and told our family that we were approved for a home only to turn around the DAY BEFORE we were supposed to sign the lease and say the owner had changed their mind. We’d already given notice to our current landlord (because he guaranteed us that everything was good to go and confirmed a date and time to pick up the keys), scheduled time off, scheduled to have services started, etc. He is extremely unprofessional and would cancel or reschedule things at the last minute constantly throughout the process

I called to ask about a property they had listed on Zillow for rent. She told me she didn’t know what I was talking about. I tried to explain it to her that it says “listed by turnkey realty” and all I did was press the “call now” button that connects you to the lister. She then yelled at me so I ended the call. EXTREMELY unprofessional and I will not be looking at houses through this group.
