Good food and gas stations didn't really go together in 1997, but that changed once the original Jake's opened in Lebanon, NH. The New London and Andover, NH, stores followed shortly thereafter, and in 2008 the historic Georges Mills General Store became Jake's 4th location. Our first Vermont locations came along in early 2009 when Irving Oil asked us to take over their White River Junction and Hartford stores.
What sets our stores apart from ordinary convenience stores is our food. We serve only the freshest ingredients at Jake's Market & Deli. We have a great selection of fresh grab-and-go options, but most importantly, we have an extensive made-to-order menu, where everything is prepared exactly as you want it.

I cannot believe that I am reviewing a gas station deli on Yelp. But, wow... I have no choice after the club sandwich that I just devoured. It was perfect... as good as I can imagine it being if I made it for myself. I ate it before I could take a picture... but I can't say that the thought even crossed my mind until it was too late. I work in Springfield every few weeks, and now I can look forward to getting lunch. Thanks Jake's folks!
