Services
Soft washing is a combination of low pressure spray and chemicals designed to kill the mildew, fungus, algae and other contaminates growing on the exterior of your home. All chemicals used are environmentally friendly. Roof cleaning uses the same method as soft washing. We follow the recommended procedures as directed by the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association.

TJ and Grace totally met our expectations and took care of a dirty job I wished we'd have tackled a year ago! They explained the process in advance and managed our expectations as to what they could and couldn't restore (our building is 30 years old). TJ was great at communicating, doing the work during our non-open hours and taking care with our building and our adjoining assets. Great job by North Texas Power Washing and when it's time to "rinse and repeat" we'll absolutely use them again.
