I ordered an arrangement for the funeral of a life long Rancher/Farmer. I requested it have a "country " feel to it. while in the store I pointed to a cross on the wall (similar to the one circled it in photo1) I said that I liked that and asked for it to be decorated with fresh sunflowers. I have include a picture of the flowers received. The arrangement was so far from what I had described ,ordered and paid for, that I didn't recognize them as being the arrangement I had sent. I did not want an Irises, Gerber Daisies or roses just sunflowers. I was so very disappointed. I went to the shop a few

Ordered a Heart Wreath for my grandmothers funeral that was today and their samples online are so deceiving!! You will NOT get your money’s worth!
We paid over $200 for what was supposed to be a beautiful heart wreath FULL of flowers and it hardly had any flowers! I wouldn’t have paid $100 for this thing they sent! We call them and explain to them our concerns and she tells us to take it up with the funeral home!!?? Really?? They arent the ones who put the the arrangement together! We Will never use this flower shop again! BEWARE if you decide to use them! You will

I called and ordered flowers and chocolates for a friends birthday and they were delivered promptly the next day. Really pleasant to speak with when I called and looked at the arrangement online that I had found and we discussed. Once the order was ready the next day for delivery, I received the receipt by email and she had attached a pic of the arrangement...stunning and lovely. Great personal attention, thank you.
