When we decided to have backsplash installed we were dreading the usual construction experience. However, our experience with Josh and Chuck with Creative Tile & Stone was anything but usual! Starting with our initial estimate visit, Josh was pleasant and accommodating. He promptly sent an estimate and arranged an appointment with ProSource to ensure we found the perfect backsplash. Josh indicated he was very busy, so we were anticipating a wait on installation. Josh rebuilt a leaky custom shower for us using the Laticrete system, including (sigh of contentment) a heated floor and bench. From the estimate to demo and construction through cleanup, Josh was extremely courteous, kept everything tidy, and put our desires first. He covered our hardwoods and carpet and quarantined his work area in plastic. I waited a few months to post the review just to be sure there were no leaks and to my great satisfaction my shower not only looks and feels great but keeps the water right where it is supposed to be.
