Our practice is focused on cases involving serious and catastrophic personal injury including wrongful death as a result of automobile, truck and motorcycle wrecks in Birmingham, Bessemer, Hoover, or anywhere in Alabama. I always knew I was going to be a lawyer. That's a strange thing, because none of my family practiced law, none of my friends' parents were lawyers, and I honestly can't remember watching a single TV show or movie and saying to myself, "That's going to be me one day." But I became a lawyer just the same.
My father was a lawyer. He practiced personal injury law in Birmingham for over 50 years. He had a good practice, a solid reputation and many friends both inside and outside of the profession. In short, he was great at what he did. When I was younger, I wasn't sure I wanted to follow in his footsteps.

Jon and his team were very helpful navigating the ins and outs of the Lemon laws for Alabama. I had no clue where to start. Luckily, my local attorney referred me to Jon. He told me he wanted me to work with someone who knew the laws on this subject better than he did. I'm very thankful he did. We were able to open a case with the manufacturer of my vehicle and reach a settlement. I had attempted the same course of action with little to no response from the manufacturer.
