When my coworker suggested me to Cibolo Physical Therapy I was amazed how Dr. James had already read my history and let me explain to him my pain and what therapy worked for me. I requested dry needling and was given the relief I needed immediately! Then he introduced me to cupping. OMG! I might look like a ladybug but the relief is out of this world. If you are truly dealing with chronic pain and only get temporary relief from your current treatment I highly recommend you try dry needling and cupping to get you the extended time to do exercises to assist you with your pain management and healing

I have been seeing my Cibolo Creek Physical Therapy family for about 3 years now on and off. I deal with chronic muscle spasms and chronic neck and back pain from a helicopter crash I was in while in the Air Force. They help keep the pain under as much control as possible. I love this group of people. They listen to you and try to find the best form of therapy to help manage your issues. They definitely keep your spirits up. They are an amazing, professional, and caring crew!

This is the fourth time I have gone to Cibolo Creek physical therapy. The first time was almost 7 years ago when my orthopedist cut off the top of my femur because of cancer and did a partial hip replacement. I did therapy for months. Jeff and his staff always always encouraged me to work through the pain and push to get back on my feet. They made me laugh while continuing to do things that weren’t always fun. A year later I had a total knee replacement and came back to Jeff. I will honestly say I have good range of motion because of Jeff and Rick I would have settled for less. I may have whined

My experience at Cibolo Creek was the best I’ve had. I went somewhere else a few years ago and all they did was show me exercises, and I can do that at home by myself. At CC Jeff worked on deep tissue massage which made a great improvement in my condition. I felt better after my treatment there than I have in 4 years. Thank you Cibolo Creek. That will be the only place I ever go for physical therapy.
