Came out to pump septic tank because I was having a draining issue from my house, and he was able to troubleshoot it in about 5 minutes..and he pretty much dropped everything he was doing for me to go get his equipment and dig, fix, and clear out my blocked pipe.. unbelievable.. couldn't ask for a better result in a bad situation. And if that wasn't enough.. I had a dead tree that I was dreading cutting up and moving.. he just took his excavator pushed it over and put it in my burn pile .. took him less than 5 minutes to do what would have taken me hours to do with a chainsaw.

Hired CT Brown to add a riser to my septic tank. When Tom Brown was digging, he dug a little too wide of the tank and accidentally hit an underground electric line. It visually didn't appear damaged so I did not feel the need to do anything about it at the time. Tom didn't even apologize for it or offer any help if I had a problem.
A few days later I noticed that my outdoor lighting and pond aerator were not operating. I called a licensed electrician to use their specialized equipment to trace the electric to try and find the problem. They traced the break to right where Tom of CT Brown hit it

Had CT Brown come out to inspect my leach field. Was having problems with water sitting in the yard. Was quoted 600 to have them dig it up and to check for problems. They only dug up on section and placed one pvc pipe in and charged me 1800 dollars. Be careful when doing any work through this company. They will take advantage of you. The crew that was out there also used a lot a foul language including racial slurs. Was not impressed with the professionalism. This is a terrible company.

These guys were great. Our septic system malfunctioned last night; CT Brown's online hours said they were open until 10 pm, so I called them at 9 pm in the evening and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They were friendly, courteous and very helpful. They fixed the problem and drained the tank as well.
