As Code Consultants, we provide life safety and fire protection services by researching and identifying appropriate requirements based upon national, state, and local building and fire code regulations. We review and inspect the architectural and engineering designs for compliance with the applicable building codes, and can develop innovative solutions which save time and cost in design development.

As Fire Protection Engineers, we apply science and engineering principles to protect life, property, business operations, and the environment from fire. Rooted in disciplines such as mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, and chemical engineering, we work in teams to apply cutting edge research tools to address the various challenges of the ever-changing global environment.
Fire and smoke modeling is conducted by using a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) fire model called Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS) that has the capability to simulate and measure the growth of fire, smoke hazards, fire detection activation time and the mitigating effects of active fire suppression systems.
