Leonard Inspection Services is licensed by TCEQ to professionally test all types of Potable and Non-Potable Backflow Assemblies on Residential and Commercial systems for annual certification. LIServices will annually inspect and test your backflow assembly and upon completion will certify the backflow assembly in compliance with local codes.

I'm a first time homeowner and I live alone. So having someone like Justin who can help me with this stuff is great. Justin went out of his way to help me. He showed up and tested my irrigation system and even set up a watering schedule for me. I also used him for a backflow test. He was incredibly helpful and so nice. Fully recommend Leonard inspection & irrigation.

Justin did a great job inspecting two different homes for me. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of a home inspection and he has a very strong plumbing background! He took the time to go over all/any of the issues he found in person and was happy to answer all of my questions. I will definitely be calling him back in the future!
