Universal Auto Hail Repair’s entire team was fantastic! After putting off the repairs for my and my wife’s cars for fear of the process, Universal made the entire process unbelievably easy. They have their own rental fleet through Hertz and do all of the heavy lifting and coordination with the insurance company. Everyone we interacted with was courteous and knowledgeable, A+ customer service. And of course, the finished product was two cars that look brand new again! We would definitely turn to them again for any future hail repairs and strongly recommend them!

After waiting months to get in with another shop, Universal Auto Hail Repair was able to get me in the same day I called. My car looks like new after quite an extensive hail storm. They had a rental vehicle available for me, waived my deductible, and gave me $50 because someone else referred me to them. The car was done earlier than expected and they did a fabulous job. Everyone I encountered was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I know where to go if we ever have hail damage again. Universal Auto Hail Repair has earned a lifelong customer.

We are very satisfied with Universal Auto Hail Repair. They (Dylan)came to my house to look at the damages on my vehicles prepared with a rental. They took my car, left the rental and called me 2 weeks later when my cars were ready. My cars look great and the whole process was a breeze with them. Dylan is pretty great, he was always kind, professional and knowledgeable.

Universal Auto Hail Repair definitely exceeded my expectations. I was thoroughly impressed with their workmanship, my car came back looking like it was brand new. They helped me out with a loaner car and worked with me to get me one that fits my family's needs - very much appreciated.

I went to Universal Auto Hail Repair after reading the reviews. When I got there, Mark made the process very easy and stress-free, and explained everything well. They provided a rental, and I was out the door after signing a few papers.
I just picked my car up, and it looks great! All the hail damage removed. Excellent work! would highly recommend this place. The best thing was how simple they made the process.

Universal Auto Repair did a great job fixing the hail damage on my truck! They were very thorough and worked directly with my insurance company to make sure everything was fixed properly.They worked with me on a rental vehicle as well which was nice. Lisa was very helpful. However, I met some door to door salesmen for Universal Auto Hail Repair. At first I was skeptical since they had a new location and I didn't know anything about them.
