The Eliminator Pest Control Service was started in 1991 by Hardwick resident Joe Degoosh. From its inception The Eliminator has always had a strong focus on customer satisfaction and proven, effective results controlling pests. Throughout the years Joe developed a large core of customers, with a mix of both commercial and residential.

In the Fall of 2005 I, Marcus Brown, of Hardwick purchased the Eliminator Pest Control service from Joe.

Exterior preventative treatment done annually late summer/early fall. Treatment includes spraying siding, around windows, trim, eves and soffit to form a barrier to prevent flies from coming in.
Carpenter ants are large (.25 to 1 in/0.63 to 2.5 cm) ants indigenous to many parts of the world. They prefer dead, damp wood in which to build nests. They do not eat it, however, unlike termites. Using an Integrated Pest Management approach, this year round program is designed to protect the home from up to 50 of the most common house hold pests. This self-renewing program is a minimum one year agreement that includes 1 initial and 3 quarterly services.
