When my daughter moved to Portland I chose Benson based on online reviews. Sometimes that's a risky strategy but in this case it was a great move. Toby Vial is amazing. He knows his business inside and out, is incredibly patient, and is remarkably responsive. In addition, he doesn't just mechanically write policies, he also has reviewed our coverage and suggested changes that make sense. Can't say enough about him and I hightly recommend Toby for your insurance needs.

It's been almost a year since I had Alan review my business insurance. I wasn't 100% sure it had been done right and he took a review of my previous policy and recommend some changes. Both my businesses are under one umbrella and he was able to get both covered with better insurance for the same rate I had been paying.
He spent time to review all the details on my policy and then go over them with me and explain it in a way I could understand. He gave me options and recommendations.

I have had the opportunities to work with a number of insurance brokers over the years and I can confidently say Alan Benson is the absolute best. We own several rental properties, a.
