Dr. Christine Ingbretson is a licensed Chiropractic Neurologist serving the Ham Lake community. She is originally from Butternut, WI and graduated from Minnesota State University Mankato with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She then completed her Doctor of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University, in Bloomington, MN.
The front desk staff serve our patients by scheduling appointments, applying electrical stimulation therapy, applying hot or cold therapy, doing traction, screening for balance issues, and measuring for orthotics. Our doctors are committed to providing pain relief from a variety of symptoms and conditions so you can have a higher quality of life.
At Exceptional Chiropractic, our aim is to remove any stress associated with coming to our Ham Lake office for the first time and to make you feel comfortable. What can you expect at your first visit? When you arrive you will be greeted by our front desk staff who will ask you for your driver's license, insurance card (if you are using insurance) and payment (if needed).

I have been going to see Dr Becky for the last two years, through my first pregnancy and now my second. I drive 30 minutes just to see her because she helps so much and genuinely cares. I suffer from sciatica and lots of pain in my neck and tons of pregnancy pain. Dr Becky always has exercise suggestions that help, product suggestions and she goes above and beyond to find different strategies to help my pain. She advocates for my services and she is a great listener and always follows through to help me feel better. So grateful to have her help, and she's got a great sense of humor. Thanks Dr Becky

Christine, my chiropractor, is the best of the best. She knows what she’s doing and always amazes me with the work she does. She is delightful and is good about explaining what she is doing and why. Cindy, the receptionist, always remembers me and is very kind. I would highly recommend this place. Great people!

I love this place! They are super helpful in explaining the why’ and how’s of what they do. They’ve been keeping me adjusted and healthy for a long time. Gentle, understanding, and healing! Not only do they treat the immediate problem, but they treat foreseeable issues as well. I ALWAYS feel great after seeing Dr. Dale!

Hands down the best place to get care! Thank you Dr. Becky and Dr. Christine for helping me with my chronic back pain and being attentive to my pain levels. Very compassionate and there main goal is to make you feel better!! I was referred by a co worker and was suffering immensely, was seen same day I called!!! Came in barley being able to walk or stand straight. I am back to my energetic busy self!!

Best chiropractic care I have ever gotten! I've seen several chiropractors and hands down everyone here is great!! I only get adjusted with the tools and never manual (just my preference). My first time here was last fall when I threw out my back and couldnt sit or walk or stand without pain. I felt better after day one! Then I came back after a car accident 3 weeks ago and am so excited to be getting better and back to my Normal self again! I'm back to walking my dog and sleeping on my side and I couldn't tell you enough how happy that makes me!! Everyone here is very thorough, accurate, and professional

The care was good but not the cost. I am super upset with the billing department here. They don't communicate with the insurance companies about what they cover and do not cover. They also do not communicate cost to you effectively. I found that they charge stupid amounts of money for simple things that , in contrast, other chiropractors don't charge near as much for. If you choose to go here TRIPLE CHECK with your insurance because our experience here was not exceptional.

Dr. Christine and all the staff at Exceptional Chiropractic are the best! Everyone is very friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Christine has helped me and my kids so much. She always takes the time to figure out the source of the issue, not just treat the symptoms, and is able to get us feeling better quickly. I highly recommend Exceptional Chiropractic!!

I have been going to Dr. Becky for a over three months. It started with an extreme knot in my back and I got an appointment 30 minutes after I called! And every time I visited has been helpful and beneficial. Dr. Becky has done a great job with my back issues and anything else that came up during the time I have seen her - a few things did come up. Foot issue and skin rash. She takes the time to make sure she knows what is going on and she addresses each issue professionally and effectively. She also is a wealth of knowledge! She recommends options and does not judge people. She is a great people
