Clow Stamping began in 1970 as a family business and has grown to become a metal stamping manufacture industry leader, maintaining some of the best available technology, equipment, and people. We have flourished through the years because we work with our customers to provide practical solutions to challenges, whether they are in design, manufacturing, or shipping.
To keep pace with the expectations of our customers, our facility in central Minnesota has expanded to over 250,000 square feet and houses a large and diverse offering of equipment. This variety allows us to choose the best machine for the job to create high quality, on time parts. Our size also provides the flexibility necessary to meet customers' special needs, including metal fabrication and weldments.

Horrible job, lack of room for growth, lies about average wage on floor not worth the pay, worked 3 years there and even leads just leave because its not worth the pay. If u are thinking of working here just pick a different job. Most people walk out first break. Management on second shift is trash to. By far worst job I've ever had

Management and HR has some serious issues. It's not WHAT you know its WHO you know with this place. Wages are far from acceptable for the work. Absolutely no work/life balance. Benefit package is ridiculous. Claims to be a family company, yet they make every weekend mandatory making it impossible to spend time with family. Seen several accidents take place here that most definitely should have been reported to OSHA.

Had the product and paperwork ready to go and loaded very quickly. The only way the shipping department could be better is if the drivers didn’t have to go into the crowded office, as a lot of drivers are very introverted and feel uncomfortable in a small room with new people. Putting the paperwork in a holder near the dock would make it a lot more comfortable for drivers. Otherwise very good shipping service.
