My wife and I had Eclipse Tinting come to our home in West Maui. We called Krystal and set up an appointment. Keola came and gave us a bid to tint 4 of our windows. The bid was very reasonable! The day Keola arrived, he showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. During the process, my wife and I decided to tint 3 more windows that were not included in the bid price. Keola had enough product to tint the additional windows. The price was very reasonable and our finished job looks outstanding. This is my third vehicle I've trusted with Eclipse. The dealer where I bought the car (BMW) told me that's where they take their cars for tinting, so you know if the dealer trusts them, they do a good job.

Called and made an appointment. I was taken at the appointment time and the job was finished when promised. The price was what was quoted over the phone--no pushy upselling. Got a fact sheet on the work with instructions for care. The last words I heard were "if you have a problem, let me know and it will be fixed"!

I had my window tinte md today for my new Jeep Wrangler and they did a great job, I called in the morning and they picked up the phone right away and got me in within a few hours. Before I called them I reached out to other companies and they were either too expensive and did not answer the phone.

Keola is the best! Best prices on the island and lifetime warranty. They are very accommodating when bookin appointments. The woman that answers the phone to make appointments is super sweet. Back in the days I think his ex worked for him and she was really sassy! So I'm glad he has a sweetie answering the calls now. Took 4 cars/trucks to Keola over time and always same great amazing service. He's always have had fair prices and takes his craft very serious, using only quality product. Heard so many great things about Keola and Eclipse Tinting and finally had time to schedule my installation. I drive this sweet BMW and it's black. Hottest car I've ever experienced. I know, I know... I said I'll be back for an update in a week. It's been two months. Lol. Anyway, the bubbles are gone! Yaaasss!
Sadly, I lowered my rate from 4 to 3 stars for 2 reasons... Scratches and small imperfection.
First, there are a few scratches on the tint and I noticed it when we picked it up from the shop a couple of months ago. Of course, I'm not going to complain and have them charge me again for new film. So, I try to ignore it, but sometimes it just catches my attention.
Second, I could see imperfections of cuts that have been made on the back windows

Love Eclipse Tinting! Keola and Hanalei are super friendly, and they do AMAZING work. Every car I've owned has been tinted here. They have the fairest price AND do great quality work. Recently got a quote from another tinting company on Maui, for residential tinting, they were very expensive, almost double what I had budgeted, they did however offer a 10% discount for my new car tinitng... even with the discount, they were almost $100 more than Eclipse. Called Eclipse and inquired if they do residential, and THEY DO! Was so happy, got a price point well within my budget and can't wait for them
