He would not answer calls, write or let us know anything. After almost 2 years of chasing him we reported him to the board of overseers. He claimed it was miscommunication. Afterwards we made one more call, which he never returned (no surprise) but returned our money(big surprise). Never do business with this guy. If you have trouble with him, report it to the board of overseers (his boss) He is now on their radar

Stay away from this guy. He charged my 90 year old mother-in-law's credit card for $1,250 in advance of doing some work for her. When I heard how much he was going to charge I immediately called him and told him not to do anything. I followed up a week later and told him we were going to use somebody else. He indicated at that time he would refund the money but didn't. I have called multiple times over the past 2 months to get my mother-in-law's money returned but he hasn't returned my calls or refunded the money. It's bad enough to grossly overcharge for work we
