Kalman manufacturing, founded by Alan Kalman, specializes in manufacturing specialty, high tolerance parts. Alan developed a passion for machining early in life and has maintained that passion over 35 years while building a business that started in his home, and has since grown to a full scale operation providing high tolerance CNC machined parts for some of the most demanding applications.
If you have a challenging or specialized need in designing and developing a highly precise part and need a prototype created, the engineers at Kalman Manufacturing are here to help. Kalman Manufacturing utilizes a variety of CNC machining centers including - lathes, 3, 4, and 5-axis vertical and horizontal mills, mill-turn machines and wire EDMs - to create precision components meeting your specifications. Our facility located just outside of San Jose, CA totals over 35 machining centers, providing a great deal of manufacturing flexibility.
