The growth trend in these years has been from the business evolving each year, due to repeat and referral business, by meeting and/or exceeding the expectations of customers using forms of technology to facilitate efficiency and expertise in each transaction. Prior to this, I closed thousands of residential and complex multi-state commercial transactions with the State Underwriter; as well as managed an Agency.

This background provided the knowledge and experience to gain the problem solving skills to get the transaction funded and closed. Located in Westlake, Ohio, Providence Title Agency, Inc. is insured with the one of the nation's largest title insurance underwriters, First American Title Insurance Company.
