Growing up in the business Steven started working in the shop during the summers at the early age of 13. When he graduated college in 2010 he started full time in RV sales. He now manages the Sales department. Joe Started the company in sales in 2015. He has built many relationships with lots of loyal customers over the years and continues to gain more knowledge of the inns and outs of Campers.

We had a great experience purchasing our first RV from Riley's. Everyone from start to finish made it super easy. Joe was great to work with. Deanna was super helpful. I would give 10⭐ but that option wasn't available! Great place w/ good inventory & especially GREAT people! Mike Riley gave us the grand tour of our future "dream" home on wheels, which we ended up buying & immediately went camping after picking up & LOVED 😍 it!!! Brian gave a VERY thorough walk thru & even went over & above to fix a light, that they didn't have & had to make a run to auto supply store to get. I HIGHLY reccomend going to Riley's RV FIRST!!! Called about an rv they had on the lot. The salesman supposedly went out and looked at it, said no de lamination and no water damage. We drove 3 hours, got there, there was water damage so evident no one could miss it, the entire back wall of the unit was delaminated. You could see it from 20 feet away. The roof, both back corners had tones of caulk and was soft lots of water damage. Wouldn’t buy anything from them.

We contacted Riley’s at the last minute, during a road trip, when another RV purchase had fallen through. The team at Riley’s had a great used trailer that exactly met our needs, and bent over backwards to get the trailer turned around, cleaned, checked out, and our vehicle set up to drive away. Our thanks to the sales, finance, and service teams that got this done for us in a matter of hours and sent us safely on our way. Our family is enthusiastically furnishing our small trailer for a short shakedown cruise before we do a longer road trip. Thanks again to the friendly and competent team

We had a great experience with Riley’s RV World. We got there a little before closing on Friday and Joe was very helpful and kind. We didn’t want to keep him long but he offered to stay as long as needed. It was one of the easiest purchases we’ve had. They were very accommodating to us. And Jose was wonderful about going over the camper, he was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing us how everything worked.

We purchased a new 5th Wheel RV from Riley's last year. The service dept. is as good as they come. Since we live over an hour away, they have shipped parts to me covered under warranty on several occasions. They have gone above and beyond to make repairs and to make sure everything is in good working order. When we have taken our RV back to them, repairs were completed quickly. Excellent service!

Service Department is awful. Didn't install a hitch properly. Couldn't fix a leak, even after two tries. I will not be back. There is no talent there. (there was lots of talent 12 years ago or so...)
ON EDIT: My RV friends were absolutely shocked that an RV repair place doesn't know of, or use, Eternabond...it's like an industry standard. But they were more shocked at the picture I took of the installation. The hitch was not an "adjustment" - you installed a completely new Equalizer hitch. Oh, well...live and learn.

Riley’s RV staff was incredibly easy to work with! We are a family that is full timing while we build a home they even came out two days in a row to help me understand better how to work everything in our camper! First saw Riley’s at the outdoor show in Murray. Went to their lot a couple of weeks ago and they were very easy to talk with since this was our first camper and there are so many choices. Once we found the perfect one for us they sent us to their awesome service department for an in-depth class on our camper. Zack did a great job and was very patient when we asked questions. They even helped install the stabilizers. Ready to hit the road. Best buying experience. We will be back.

We typically avoid dealerships but that mindset changed today! Found the model we wanted and it was worth the 2 hour drive to get it! Steven was so professional, prompt and patient with my 51 calls/emails/questions, Jose' was so thorough and clearly takes pride in his work, Kim was so helpful with the transaction.
