Riverview Manor, located in Selah, WA near Yakima, offers residents with alzheimers, dementia, diabetes and other health needs a place to live. Our facility offers residents a home-like, friendly comfortable, safe and secure enviroment with licensed nurses and trained resident aides providing 24 hour care.
Very few assisted living facilities accept both Private Pay and Medicaid. Riverview Manor in Selah is one exception. Why is this important? Often times when personal funds (Private Pay) run out, residents are left with no other option but to move out because their current care facility doesn't accept Medicaid.

Please, please, if you love them, do NOT send them to Riverview Manor!! They do not care about their residents, or know how to care for them. My Dad had sores all over his back & I think they were bites from bugs. We had so many problems with his care there, way too many to list. This is actually a negative star review. This place is horrible!!

Do not send your loved ones to this place, they let people sit in their feces overnight and when the owner is told, it's basically swept under the rug. Also, when the cheapest exterminator is unavailable, they have unlicensed employees treat pests such as bedbugs. If I could rate zero stars, I would

While looking for a place for my aunt who suffers from dementia, I got very discouraged. Places were much more expensive than she could afford, they didn’t take her insurance, they were drab, they smelled. When I walked into Riverview Manor it was bright and clean. The owners and staff were very helpful in answering my questions and working with me to move my aunt. The move was difficult and they did everything they could to make it possible. My aunt has been there for over a year. The staff is very caring. They do for my aunt what I wish I could do for her, but cannot. I have never regretted
