Sometimes you need to hire tow truck services to perform a simple tow, but sometimes you end up in a ditch, in water, or rolled-over. That's when you need the best tow truck assistance to perform successful recoveries. Make no bones about it, vehicle recovery is much more difficult than simply vehicle towing.
We travel throughout Texas, but our main service area is within a 150 mile radius of Corpus Christi, Texas & within a 150 mile radius of George West, Texas (excluding Mexico). We have 2 base stations and provide towing & towing-related services to the general South Texas area. Our main base station is in Corpus Christi, Tx where we provide heavy-duty, medium-duty & light-duty towing services.
It's a shame I can't give you ten stars! I've read the great reviews here and now I will add my own. It's not so much a comment on their towing but on their customer service. I have a long story but will try to keep it short so you don't fall asleep. My daughters truck was towed earlier in the month.
Total storage charges cannot be computed until the vehicle is claimed; storage accrues daily through the day the vehicle is released & removed from the premises. Our Corpus Christi impound yard has the capacity to store 100+ vehicles. It's conveniently located near I-37, SPID, Crosstown Expressway, Harbor Bridge, North Beach, USS Lexington north beach & the Corpus Christi Municipal Marina.
STEP 1: Call your insurance company to file a claim. Call or email the Claim # to us asap. STEP 2: An insurance adjuster will inspect your car at our VSF (vehicle storage facility) to determine if your car is either "repairable" or "totaled." If your vehicle is repairable, your insurance adjuster will ask you where you want it repaired.

Absolutely not bring an adequate amount of staff for the job specified and they walk out like since you sign a waiver it doesn't matter what happens surely you aren't suppose to have to be involved physically in what they are doing to transport your vehicle just because they don't send but one person with a bed truck.. they may not be responsible if they tear up your items but are they responsible if they put you in danger ? Will not ever be using this place again do not recommend

We had to have our 38' Class A motorhome towed from Port A to Corpus for rear end repair. Frank was our driver. He arrived when he said he would. He had to pull the axels before towing and was very careful and meticulous about every single thing he did. He had us follow him to keep an eye on things from behind. He stopped about half way to check that all was good. Called us to make sure it was good from our perspective.
