If you must cancel, we require 48 hours notice before your check-in date in order to cancel with no charge. Cancellations will not be accepted without 24 hour notice. A fee of $250 will be charged if Management detects any evidence of smoking in the non-smoking room. Please note that all rates and pricing on this site, regardless of location, are based on the availability of the room.

Unfortunately I do not have the option of giving zero stars.
The owner of this establishment is absolutely disgusting! My Boyfriend and I stayed here for one night and every thing was fine. Until waking up on Veterans Day morning, my Boyfriend went to pay up for the next night. The owner took one look at my Boyfriend who is a PROUD VETERAN, wearing his army shirt and backpack and IMMEDIATLY threw his money back at him and told him to leave ASAP. He blatantly and ignorantly discriminated against my Boyfriend for being a VETERAN (ON VETERANS DAY!!!!!!) and refused his money!

Nice for the price ($45 including tax). More than enough power outlets. Room was very clean. Both smoking and non-smoking rooms available. Close to a convience store (2 minute drive, 5 minute bike ride, 10 minute walk). Very easy to access (no large steps). This might be a small drawback, no large truck or trailer parking
