Gave TT Nails one last shot hoping I'd get the same service I'd gotten from my first ever visit a few summers ago. Within 1 day of getting acrylics, most of them were lifting off my natural nails, one popped off altogether. I wanted cute festive nails for the holiday, and they looked awful and dingy before the holiday came around. Photos with red glitter tips were taken a week after I got them done. It's a shame to spend $60 on your nails and have to hide them and be ashamed of how bad they look a week later.

I received a dip manicure New Years eve and it’s been legit a day and the dip is already cracking. They were poorly done and rushed only to service another person. I personally don’t recommend coming to this establishment because they take on too many clients more then they can handle, they don’t respect the appointment time you call for, the sanitation isn’t up to standard and for the price it’s not worth it.

I recently had an appointment for a dip manicure. The nail tech I had booked with was not available (They did not call me to let me know this), so they had someone else do my nails. My appointment was rushed and my nails came out lumpy, crooked and not the shape I wanted. I spoke up several times about the shape and she did not want to correct it. They were also very expensive for the quality.

When I moved back to New England from Los Angeles, I spent months looking for the kind of exceptional mani/pedi service I got used to in Los Angeles. After six months of searching throughout southern New Hampshire and Massachusetts , I found it here with Nancy. She is the total professional, consistently providing excellent customer service, is patient and knows her craft completely. She has an attention to detail that is rare and genuinely cares about her customers. All these qualities makes the experience an extraordinary one. I recommend her highly and will go nowhere else for a mani/pedi, because

I have been looking for a place offering exceptional mani/pedi services and finally found it here. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, but it is Nancy who I continue going to, because she consistently provides outstanding service. She is totally customer focused, is an expert at her craft, and possesses a remarkable attention to detail. I had tried numerous spas in the Massachusetts/southern New Hampshire area and nobody came close to providing me with such amazing service. I do not write reviews but in Nancy's case, it is well deserved.

May did my nails and she so kind and sweet during the whole thing! She took her time consistently checking with me to see if the nail length, shape, color, ect was all to my liking. I’ve never had someone be so kind or caring but May was careful, gentle, thorough, and made my experience at TT’s a wonder one :)

My daughter and I went back today after not going there for a while and we each got a full set. We’ve gone a few times before and out of those times only once were our nails decent. Today my daughter showed her a picture of exactly what she wanted done (length, shape and color) and they didn’t even come close to what she showed her and what she wanted was just an oval shape and the color yellow so nothing crazy. My nails are lumpy, uneven and already chipping after only 12 hours. They look horrible. We definitely won’t be going back as this isn’t the first time we went and were left very

I used to go here for my dip mani but after a finger fungus and lots of broken nails later- I stopped.

Recently I went for a pedicure and I arrived with dry feet and no pain And then I left with dry feet and a pain in my big toe nail. They didn't cut off any dead skin and now my big toe is killing me... if you are looking for quality service that isn't rushed I recommend trying somewhere else

I Love this place I come here all the time. Unfortunately Nancy had made my visit super unpleasant for the second time. She rushes through whatever she’s doing, rude, not a great job overall. She mades me feel like she’s doing me a favor! I do NOT recommend her. She is the perfect example of someone that doesn't like her job or has her favorite clients. I paid for this service, some respect will be appreciated!!

I came in today for a deluxe pedicure by Chau and it was absolutely amazing. She took her time with every service and was wonderful at massaging. It's always clean and on time when you've scheduled an appointment. Highly recommend

Chuck always does an amazing job. He gets "5 stars" but the scheduling is ridiculous. I made an appointment for 3:30 and wasn't seen until 4:00. If you plan on getting your nails done account to wait AT LEAST 20 minutes after your schedule appointment. They didn't even offer a discount either. They either need more staff or need to push back on there apts.

Had a 630 appointment for a pedicure bye the time i had gotten seen it was 7 i was fine with that woman was very nice good message but paid 52$ for about 30mins if i was lucky not even close to the deluxe pedicure time next day polish has all chipped off not again!too bad if they didnt have time they should of said so

This place was PACKED. My only complaint is I made an appointment for 1:15 and didn't get in a chair til 1:40. But I loved my nails and that's why I'm giving 4 stars

Fabulous staff and beautiful work. I always feel like I’m getting special treatment every time I go there no matter how busy they are. Love Chuck. He does the best job ever on my nails and always knows exactly what I’m looking for. I am a customer for life.

So disappointed! I used to go here all the time but i moved, i went again because i used to love the service. From what I gathered, there's 2 "Sophie"s that work there, make sure you get " sophie by the flower" because the other one is MISERABLE. She barely looked at me/ spoke to me, was cold and rushed. She didn't provide the typical service that others do, such as asking if you like the polish color before continuing, or rolling your pant legs down for you after a pedicure. It sucks when to happens 100 dollars and you feel like you annoyed the person the whole time

I've tried this place multiple times and while some times it's a pleasant experience, other times it's not. It completely depends on the person. The owner is very rude and has made many snide comments. Me and my mom went and he told me I only made one appointment when I made one for the two of us and pulled up the verification text to show him he still told me I was wrong. He also yelled at me because it was 12:30 and he claimed my appointment was for 11. Again, I had the verification text to show him. Went for the deluxe pedi. Tech sold me on callous removal fir an extra $5. It wasn't worth it. My feet were still rough on the bottoms. Massage was good. I'd give it another try to just to see if they had a better staff member.

One thing also- the place was pretty empty but they didn't keep empty chairs between clients. Two friends came together and asked to be side by side...fine no problem there but they put them right next to me with plastic sheet which is better than nothing but it just wasn't necessary. I went to TT Nails for a pedicure. a day or so later my toe was infected. I went back and showed them this photo and they claimed that I must of done something to my toe which I didn't. They wouldn't give my money back, never coming back they are disgusting.

Super clean place! Tons of precautions in place for COVID, I felt very safe! Definitely my new go to for nails and pedicures. I got dip powder with tips and they came out great, they did exactly what I wanted.

This place has always been super clean and now they check your temp and have you sign a policy form which is very smart of them! They all do an amazing job I haven't had any issues with them and I've been going since they opened! Covid won't take them down and they all do an amazing job to stay protected.
