A few weeks ago, a young lady ran into the drivers side of my Honda Ridgeline.
We both checked around for estimates to have the repairs done.
We agreed on Sam’s and WOW!!!
What incredible job they did.
It’s a great feeling when you go with your gut on a decision and it works out.

Don't know where to start. There is a reason why this business has not been claimed on Yelp. I will also be adding this to the Better Business Bureau website as well. My husband paid over $650 to have his air conditioner repaired, 2 weeks later it's not working. This idiot refused to honor his work and obviously he did not fix it. He said it's not his fault and that he needs to leave or he is calling the cops. I'm amazed at how that was his go to statement for refusing to stand behind his work. Recently had a string of issues with my car, took it here not knowing exactly what all was wrong. Sam came out immediately and ran diagnostics to find the issues. All the electronic faults were fixed within a couple hours, including reinstalling programs that had deleted because of the faults. I'd been concerned about a noise my car made and I'd taken it to other shops that said it was nothing, but when Sam test drove my car he immediately noticed without me saying anything and knew what was wrong. Everything was done within a day, he even picked me up to get my car when it was done.

Called for an oil change and they worked me right in. Synthetic blend was $35 and my filter was a cartridge so there was an up charge of around $4 for that type. The service was fast! They rotated all of my tires too. I paid $39 and was out the door in 30 minutes!
I'll be doing all of my oil changing with Sam going forward. I highly recommend this service at Sam's.

This man is a liar. He sold me a car that had so many issues and lied when I bought it claiming it had none. Also claimed he put in a brand new battery. Also claimed everything was perfect. I drove it for one day and the battery light came on and the whole engine started smoking. I called him before that and told him something didn't seem right about the car and his response was your not getting your money back and hung up. I made an appointment for 8am on a Saturday. Sam's and his team took real good care of me and my car. He gave multiple affordable options on how I can go about fixing the issue. He also noticed a few leaks on the car and diagnosed them for me for free and informed me on how to go about fixing and the price ranges.

Competitive pricing, incredible work ethic. Was towed there once when my alternator failed and Vic had me back on the road quickly. Was towed there a second time when my fuel pump failed. Vic replaced it, but wasn't satisfied with the whine the second pump was making. He ordered a different pump and replaced it again, not charging me one cent to do it all over. The second attempt was successful. Customer service is top notch. Vic returns phone calls in a reasonable, if not quick amount of time and takes the time to explain issues and labor in a courteous, patient manner. Completely trustworthy
