I went in for ringing ears, was seen and heard and also got an allergy test done as well as a scope on my nose. I couldn't breathe for 38 years due to collapsed nostrils. I had functional nasal surgery to help me breathe again. The worst part of the recovery was actually having to sleep in a chair. Everything turned out great! It is so nice to call a provider that you don't need a referral to and you can get answers to your health questions.

Dr. Congdon is apparently a trained medical professional but must have missed learning about basic human decency and how to talk to patients in med school. He fails to communicate important patient education including details of the surgery he is performing- which he legally should be obligated to fully and thoroughly disclose to patients. He was extremely rude and dismissive to any and all of my husband's concerns during his surgery process. If my husband was as poor at communication as Dr. Congdon is, I would divorce him in a heartbeat. He is a money hungry, arrogant surgeon that does not put

Need to be reported to State medical board.Very arrogant with no bedside manner at all.Worst experience I ever had with a doctor.I have never had someone treat me with so much disrespect.Had questions about what he was talking about, and he told me to sit there, shut up and listen and I might learn something.Made me feel like I was bothering him even being there. He has no business working with the public! In my opinion he is just there for the money and could care less about his patients.

CNA, Megan-told me she was a nurse. When I asked her education background she reluctantly admitted she was a CNA-but informed she does everything a nurse does including injections and she is working as a nurse. Is this legal? I hope she was not telling the truth. As a patient this is scary! CNAs should not be working or identifying as nurses.
I thought this was maybe an isolated incident, however, I have talked to others that informed me another CNA there did this and scared them out of going back.
CNAs are an important part of the healthcare system, however, they should not be working outside

I did not have to wait long in the waiting room I was called back to the office to have my skin surgery. The staff was very courteous and helpful and follow through quickly to prepare me for the procedure that Dr. Congdon was doing on my Right upper For head. The procedure went well..
I did have to call Dr. Congdon‘s office the next day about losing of them suture area and they help me with answers of what to do. Saturday I had bruising her under my eye and down my nose and I did contact Dr. Congdon himself he did answer his call. And from then on things have gone well. And now I have the stitches

Dr. Congdon removed 2 small areas of skin cancer. I found him to be arrogant condescending. Some of his staff were extremely helpful others not so much. After a full body skin exam 5 areas were biopsied, 1 was basal cell, 1 was squamous. (These procedures were performed by very competent staff. Dr Congdon removed them during 2 separate procedures, even though I asked if they could be combined. During the last procedure (on my face) an associate finished stitching up the incision. I have chosen to see a different dermatologist for ongoing treatment and will not be returning to this practice.

Dr.Congdon atleast for me was my worst experience ever woth a doctor. The conceit and arrogance in which he talked to me as a patient on the table having surgery was deplorable. Afterwords I talked with multiple people at work who have seen him also, and none of the 4 of them ever returned to Dr.Congdon as they were all treated the same way. If you have the choice highly suggest you find someone else.
