I have my A/C serviced by Touchstone Heating and Air twice a year. Great service and well worth the money. I had a small problem with my unit, so I called them and they came very quick, fixed the problem for no charge because I'm a gold club member.

From my initial call to Ann Marie with and immediate in house scheduled inspection and quote with you Mark (Owner). I also want to give huge shot out to Toby, Ronald and Jareth amongst others that came to my house today and replaced my AC UNIT and moved to my desired location, installed insulation in my attic thru my whole house and gave me crash course and pointers on how to maintain my AC unit. Mark Touchstone and his crew are amazing! They have serviced my old a/c for years. They have always been prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful. I bought a new York unit in April and I have been thrilled. MY electric bill has come down, but I am so happy with Touchstone’s attention to detail. Randy just came to make sure everything was as it should be. The entire crew is like a big family. They even start their day at the shop with prayer. Randy even told that Mark is the best boss ever! I can surely believe that!

and over the years I have used quite a few. I called them just before 8am they immediately answered and listened to my problem with my A/C and said they would call me back within 5 min. They did and told me that they could have a technician on the way to my home right away if that would work for me. By 8:30, Ronald shows up at the door ready to help! He diagnosed that my condenser fan was going bad and needed to be replaced. By 10am new fan was installed and cool air was again blowing in my home, and I was able to resume my
