Dr. Curtis Couch received his undergraduate degree in biology at Cal State University Northridge. He then graduated with honors from University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 1994. Since, Dr. Couch has taken extensive advanced training in cosmetic, implant, and full mouth reconstruction.

I've always disliked going to the dentist. I have really bad anxiety about it. I've had pain in my left jaw forever and other places wanted me to spend $600 or more at something that might fix it. My dentist took the time to ask me questions, I got a night guard and that helped a little, then they shaved my cap down a bit because he noticed my bite was off. It feels so much better now!

Dr. Couch and his team are simply amazing. My front tooth was knocked out when I was 8 years old and I have never been happy with they way it looked, being the center of my smile. What can I say!! The best dentist and staff I have ever been to. My partner Michael told me about this dentist when I was ready to get my teeth back to perfect. All I say is wow.. I normally hate the dentist! but, after seeing Dr. Couch & Dr. Choi, I have renewed faith! Besides them being painless, they really know their stuff, are extremely honest & kind. Dr. Couch is the best dentist in the Conejo Valley and Simi Valley areas. Why do I know? I have been an oral and maxillofacial surgeon here for 35 years before I retired 3 years ago. I made an emergency appointment as my crown fell out and my existing dentist is booked until july . I called Dr Couch to see if they could get me in. I was excited for the last minute appointment but soon to be greatly disappointed. The yelp reviews looked great but obviously misleading. Don't be fooled , I sat in the chair waiting for an hour to see Dr Couch. He never came into see me greet me or anything. The front desk said Dr likes to " chit chat". Im assuming his priority is to socialize, rather than help his patients that are in pain. I walked out frustrated with my broken

Finally I got here to share my opinion. I called this office over 6 months ago to schedule an emergency appointment for my front broken tooth. I got very harsh response that dr. is busy and can see me in 2-4 weeks since I'm not a patient of a record. I explained to the front desk that it is a broken front tooth and I'm in pain. She wouldn't care as this is a policy of the office. Honestly I was shocked to hear how they throw people away with pain. I can't say anything about a doctor since I didn't get a chance to see him. So that's why I give 2 stars.

Last night an old Crown dislodged. It was so old, I forgot I even had it. My wife called the office and they said I should come in ASAP. I got to their office at 9 AM and was in the chair by 9:05. Dr. Cho and Stephanie was so professional and efficient. I was amazed how they prepared the tooth for a new crown and placed a temporary one on. I was in the chair about 2 hours. All this was done without an appointment. I know their office is extremely busy but they were able to care for my emergency immediately.

I was very impressed with the physical changes to the office as it relates to Covid-19 prevention. Plastic barriers have been erected to protect office staff and all the hygienists were properly attired in safety gowns, gloves, masks and shields. Entry to the office was also regulated to minimize social contact. Moreover, it is illustrative of the extent of care Dr Couch provides to his patients and staff.

I love visiting my dental office - they're always very courteous and conscientious about the health & safety of patients and staff! They're doing an especially great job during this time of COVID when we need to take extra precautions, and I applaud the entire office for the excellent manner in which they conduct business during this extremely difficult time. Love Scott, he spoke to me on the phone and made sure my insurance takes care of everything! Great guy! Than Maria was kind and funny and made me comfortable, walked me through all the covid safety measures and scans. And doctor Cho! What a gem, love the guy! Super helpful and explains everything he is doing and gives you recommendations, very caring. No one likes going to the dentist, but I think they made it the best it can be!

Dr.Couch and his team of dentists, hygenists, and office staff are thorough, professional and caring. I’ve been a patient for over 25 years and recently my son who has challenges with autism and ocd has been a patient. The staff were compassionate and excellent. Their safety protocols are excellent and the staff implements all the safeguards established by county, state and national guideline. I highly encourage the public to support this dentristry office

What a great experience I had for my first visit with Dr Couch! The staff and Dr Couch were amazing! The hygienist was thorough and my teeth have never felt cleaner. Lisa, my hygienist, is so gentle and fun, that going to the dentist actually becomes a pleasure. The dentist...a pleasure? I know, I'm confused too but it's true!
The doctors are so good and have great personalities. They will also completely put you at ease.
Dr. Cho put me so much at ease during a procedure. His storytelling and personality made it such a positive experience. He explains everything really clearly too and does a great job.

I am very pleased with my visit and teeth cleaning at the office of Dr. Couch. The office personnel are all very pleasant, informative, and easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable and at ease at the office. The pleasant atmosphere is led by Dr. Couch who is very friendly and easy to talk to. He took the time to carefully explain my future… procedures and left me totally aware of my teeth issues and what is needed to fix them. The normal apprehensions and/or fears were alleviated.
