We are primarily a Janitorial Service, but have a broad understanding of facilities and logistics. Our team also includes experienced handymen. We believe that it's better to have more capability than less. Our employees all undergo background checks, and many hold security clearances, Secret level and above.
From regular cleaning of office and commercial spaces, to getting down and dirty clearing out canals and industrial facilities, Fil-Am Maintenance in gets it done so you can get on with business. We help to take the hassle out of logistics. Our crews are available with contracts that provide service daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and annually.
We draw on a military and civilian maintenance experience, and are able to tackle problems quickly and effectively, so that you can get back to business. From general building repairs, to active property management, we're more than just a handyman company. We're there with you for the simple things like changing out lightbulbs, to repairing fixtures and equipment.
Fil-Am Maintenance specializes in low cost, high-quality tenant improvements, repairs, and renovations across the island of Oahu. Fully licensed and qualified, we specialize in low-cost commercial suite construction. Most handymen are limited in scope to jobs of $1,000 or less. Fil-Am is a C-5 contractor, able to take on jobs that require proper insurance and licensing to keep you in the clear.

My car was washed by Fil-Am Maintenance earlier this week and I still do a double take every time I get to it because it is so shiny! I drive all of Oahu a visiting nurse and spend a lot of time sitting in traffic. My car has been dingy and without shine even after a drive through car wash, and they managed to get it cleaner than it's been in years, right from my parking spot at the office. No more wasting Saturday mornings at the car wash for me.

More than satisfied with the cleaning of my car. I had chosen the car wash and tire shine. At first I was going to give less than stellar review because the original person that wash the car did a very sloppy job. The company was notified and they fixed it asap. My car looks brand new now!!! Definitely going to use services regularly.

Set up my car wash through their website. Easy process. Scheduled it for a Thursday, left my keys with the front desk, and came back to a clean car. Great Job! Everything was much cleaner and more thorough than a normal drive-thru car wash. The concrete in my parking spot wasn't even wet. Not sure how that's possible, but very impressive.

Just had my car washed by FIL-AM tenant car wash. If you are a tenant TAKE ADVANTAGE and book. My car looks amazing. I will be getting the ceramic coat service next time. I have been taking my car to the autoplex for $40,50+ and ALWAYS leave disappointed. I walked to my car and before I even got inside could tell they did an amazing job.

Our Association contracted this company to paint the interior hallways of our condominium located downtown, though it was a very small job,
they gave us a timely estimate and with a very short lead time were able
to complete the job within a week. They were very good to clean up
and a few minor things were quickly taken care of. Would highly recommend.
