If you’re in the market for a pool installation or renovation company, congrats you just found the perfect fit! Our pool has damaged from a tornado and we were recommended to contact Swimstyle for repairs. We’re sure glad we did. From the very beginning Nancy was very helpful guiding us through the quoted repairs, options available, and providing coping and liner samples. Joe was excellent in fielding renovation questions, typically providing email responses within just a few hours. After 13 years of great service I was just berated by the owner of the business. No longer offering pool openings and closings without a weekly service contract. I received this mailer yesterday addressed to “pool owner”, not by name even though I have paid them for the last 13 years. The owner Mary did not appreciate my “tone” and reiterated that she was the owner and could change her business mode whenever she wanted. After my conversation with this person I wouldn’t recommend Swimstyle to anyone
