Couldn't be happier with our stay. The staff was always friendly and super accommodating. I spoke to Angela and Holly on several separate occasions and on each occasion, they were a pleasure to work with. They went out of their way to do the best they could to accommodate the 5 trailers we had in our entourage. We stayed over the Martin Luther King holiday (3 nights). The park was kept very clean. There was plenty for the kids to do. I would 100% stay there again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice RV park to stay at. Thank you staff at Carlsbad RV Park & Campground.

We stopped here for 2 nights on our way to Arizona. Nice park. Clean facilities. Indoor pool. New bathrooms. Small store on site. Staff was great!! 20 minutes to Carlsbad Caverns and another 30 minutes to Guadalupe Mountains National Park. All gravel lot and sites but that’s the dessert. We would come again.

We stayed four nights at Carlsbad RV Park and it was wonderful! We were a little early upon arrival and they made room for us so that we didn’t have to wait! They warmly greeted our dog with friendly scratches and treats…and did I mention there is literally a fenced dog park in every corner of the park! ❤️ The sites are nice, long, gravel sites that are level. The kids can enjoy a lovely indoor pool, which I didn’t get a chance to do but I saw others enjoying it. And finally they have absolutely the nicest, cleanest laundry facilities with free books and movies to borrow. Can’t wait

We called shortly before arriving and got a spot. The ladies in the office went out of their way to help us get tickets to the caverns and Christmas on the pecos. Definitely highly recommend this park and we will be going back. This park customer service is out of this world. Thanks so much for what you did for us and others.

Not great experience.. arrived late, the website says open till 6, if you arrive up to 8, there is info on spots available without reservations. Perfect. Drove all of the way and the gate is locked at 7. I called the emergency number and got the gate code. Picked out a spot from three. Loud neighbors with dogs tied up outside. No bathrooms. Just a dusty parking lot. I have no idea if the pool was open, it was locked so I’m guessing no. We left early. The office sign said they opened the next day at 9am, but at noon there is still nobody here. Leaving early. Not worth a 60 a night stay if they

Liked the park and the site was good. A little grass and room between us was fine. Hate all the large gravel, hard to walk around. Giant park with extra spaces available in a large additional space. They are redoing the bathroom - complete redo with new concrete floors and all new interior. Nice check-in, nice store, good roads (gravel) inside well laid out.

This campground is only about a half hour from Carlsbad Cavern National Park, but even so, it was pricey for what we got. Called ahead for a reservation and Alyssa was very accommodating. Unfortunately it wasn't until we arrived that we found out that the bathrooms are closed for construction and the pool "is broken today, but I don't know why". At least a portable trailer with showers was provided. It is a quiet campground and we had a good evening/overnight but were disappointed again when we wanted to fill our propane tank before we left. The office doesn't open until 9 am.

Nice campground and really loved the dog parks. Bath house and laundry are clean and comfortable. It’s quiet here.
There are a lot of cats of all sizes and they seem hungry. I hope they are or will be spayed and neutered so they don’t continue to multiply. (I am a cat lover and have 9 (!) of my own. They are all rescued from various situations and definitely spayed and neutered and well fed.) I love the fact those cats live at the campground, just hopeful they are spayed and neutered and fed regularly as well.
