Services
Certified orthotists and prosthetists are health care professionals who are specifically educated and trained to manage comprehensive orthotic and/or prosthetic patient care. This includes patient assessment, formulation of a treatment plan, implementation of the treatment plan, follow-up and practice management.
Once the residual limb is sound, your doctor may refer you to our clinic. We have locations in both Anchorage and Fairbanks. We step in to help by getting the limb prepared for the prosthetic device as well as fitting the limb to the prosthetic. 4. We use follow-up treatment plans to ensure a successful orthotic and/or prosthetic outcome.

At Alchemy our commitment to the patient does not end when we deliver a brace or artificial leg. Alchemy will do our best to verify your insurance benefits and coverage prior to your appointment. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for paying a certain amount at the time of service.
Alaska is a big state, and we have locations in it's two largest cities so we can serve you better! We are proud to provide our custom orthotic and prosthetic services and products at our locations in Anchorage and Fairbanks. Whether you are experiencing lower back pain, knee pain, alignment issues, are an amputee, or have been referred to us for a specific prosthetic or orthotic need by an Alaskan medical provider, we are here for you!

We were greeted warmly by the extremely kind and professional Breanna. The very sweet, well behaved office service dog, Maeve, immediately put my kids at ease. We didn’t have a wait, but if we had, the lobby area is beautiful, and clean. The walls of our homey exam room were papered with superhero's, capturing the kids attention, providing familiarity, and a visual to distract a nervous kiddo. Wil has a gentle presence, and is efficient, knowledgeable, professional and tactful in answering questions, and working with my anxious toddler. So I’m an enigma wrapped in a mystery! It has been a long haul to figure things out after numerous foot surgeries but we finally did it! Friendly kind patient and very supportive folks at both Fairbanks and Anchorage locations. I am an Alchemy Orthotics fan & can’t recommend them highly enough! Very professional knowledgeable and kind folk😇 The resident support dog Maeve adds extra quality TLC💝

Reception desk was very friendly. They got us into a room as soon as we got there so we didn't have to wait in the lobby. Very clean. The doctor that did our casting for my daughters AFO's was there to do the fitting as well, he is very nice and understanding. Her leg braces are super cute and came out very nice. We were very happy with our visit as always. Help later on was offered if we needed adjustments. And from my previous experiences they have been very quick to resolve any problems with braces straps. A+ service. Thank you.

I am so late posting this review but I just want to tell everyone about the wonderful caring people at Alchemy Orthotics. My grandaughter has a condition that she needed help from here. Wil Sundberg went out of his way to help our family. I will never be able to thank them all for their loving and caring and understanding of their patients. Wil and his team were exceptional with my daughter! His friendly demeanor helped my daughter feel at ease with the evaluation process. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with his analytical skills and capacity to help us understand what was happening with our daughter's ankles. With the various professionals we have seen about our daughter's condition, Wil was exceptional in his assessment and providing clear rationale for the treatment. We are excited to have Wil and his team help us with our daughter's needs.
