UPDATE: They called me to argue with me about this review! How unprofessional and rude.
If I could give 0 stars I would! This company dropped a dumpster in my driveway in stead of on the street and BLOCKED ME IN FOR SEVEN DAYS! I’ve been unable to go to work, the store, ANYWHERE for an entire week because of my car being blocked in. Have called the company for five days now with NO PICK UP AND NO SUCCESS. They are rude on the phone and pass the buck off on whoever they can to avoid the issue. They do not care they have cost me wages and almost my employment. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!

Look elsewhere, unprofessional and outrightly rude management who are unwilling to take ownership of mistakes or work in a professional manner toward a resolution. They drove over our nice lawn to drop off a dumpster not only causing large track marks in our lawn but also damaging a sprinkler underneath (causing a leak and malfunction of front sprinkler system). Instead of taking ownership of this mistake, the manager first accused us of lying about the issue (how did we know they damaged the pipe beneath their tire track) and then spent the next 30 minutes trying to justify why they drove over

This will always be my first call for a roll off, I have used them used multiple times. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Nick goes above and beyond. Had to get a dumpster on for the 4th of July called them up and Nikki made it happen. If anyone needs this type of service they should be your first call!!

I had a dumpster scheduled for pickup on 4/29. Unless you pay extra for a 2 hour window, you are expected to be available from 7am to 5pm for pickup. This is ridiculous. I went ahead and used their services and stayed home for the pickup day so I could make sure to be available. By 6:30pm they still hadn't showed up but I needed to run an errand so… I left. At 7pm my wife called me telling me the driver had finally arrived to pickup the dumpster. She was told to move a couple vehicles in the way so the driver could access the dumpster. She'd had surgery the day before and was instructed
