We understand that not every one has the luxury of time or the latest software to update their devices.
Hands down, The iPhone Professor has the best quality LCD replacement screens in Bend, Oregon. We guarantee the functionality, usability, and brightness of your iPhone screen replacement. Best of all, we do most iPhone screen replacements and repairs in less than an hour. We guarantee the workmanship of the screen replacement.
The iPhone Professor not only replaces iPhone batteries, but is able to do battery replacements for the MacBook, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, and PC laptops. Very new iPhones may require a quote as new battery prices fluctuate. We use quality batteries as well as OEM and after market parts for all our iPhone repairs.
Do NOT touch a phone that is submersed in water and is still connected to the charging cord. You can suffer major electrocution. Even if you think you've gotten all the water out of the inside of the device it's not a good idea to plug it in until this can be confirmed. If you cannot make it to a repair facility you're best bet is to use silica packets for several days, depending on the severity of the water damage, this could take a while.

Great space. They work mainly on apple products. Phones and computers. They're pretty fast too. There is space there to check out some used phones and computers if you're in the market, or a new phone case or other accessories. There is also a conference room and a space to wait for the repair if it's fast enough. There's a fish tank too.

I’ve used The iPhone Professor since moving to Bend two years ago. I had an emergency issue with my iMac desktop and laptop, and the guys got me in right away.
They discuss issues with me in a respectful kind manner. The staff are professional and go out of their way to assist in getting your computer problems resolved.
I would highly recommend The iPhone Professor for your computer issues.

I shattered my screen on my iPhone 10.... I didn’t make an appointment I just walked in at 12pm on a Monday. I was promptly greeted by a very friendly and professional receptionist (red hair... unfortunately I didn’t grab her name). She gave me 3 different pricing options and shared why she would choose one over the other.
An hour later I had my phone in hand and ended up saving myself $75 compared to my deductible with Sprint AND a week wait for a new phone. My grandma passed away 2 days ago and I was desperate to get to videos and pictures on my phone.
I highly recommend this company!

Oops, I reviewed MacTek previously because it's in the same building, anyway: During my last two days of visiting relatives, my son - during some caving expedition - crushed the newest iphone that I JUST bought him, and even though we consider ourselves "techie" we couldn't solve problems with a cracked screen. Full-disclosure: I spent way too much time embarrassing my son in front of the rep, but he kept calm with my venting; it was just the screen, and everything was fixed before we had to leave so I was very happy with the timely service provided for our time in need.

I have been using the iPhone Professor for my family's iPhone and Mac needs for the last two years. We initially tried other iPhone specialist but the iPhone Professor is by far and away the most professional of them all. The techs are top notch, the reception staff is kind, and the service and prices are almost too good to be true. With quality this good and prices this competitive there is no where else we will ever go. Please consider giving them you business so that we can keep them as our go-to Apple support for our Bend community.

Be careful. I was quoted $259 and ended up paying $359 when I picked up! I was never contacted about a price change. See below for details.
I called ahead and got a quote for $259 for an OEM screen replacement on a iPhone XS Max. When I dropped off my phone they looked it over and we discussed pricing (to confirm the quote) and timeline. They asked me questions to fill out my customer profile which included a good contact number and my email address.
When I came back to pick up my phone a few hours later, they told me that because my phone was an XS max that the price was actually $359. They

I've had 2 phones fixed here now, they are friendly, quick, have great prices, and are overall very helpful! First was an iPhone 8 that needed a new screen and battery. Works perfectly now and has years of life. Next was a new battery for a iPhone 6 which they had swapped out in about 20 minutes. I even found a great deal on a used iPhone with a new battery (something you won't get if you order a used phone online) for for Christmas at a great price.

They were very nice and prompt. I needed the screen replaced on my iPhone SE. All I know, is that my phone worked with the cracked screen when I dropped it off. The phone would not work (kept shutting itself off, wouldn't take a charge) after they replaced the screen. They didn't charge me, but I did have to get a new phone. (I think I also had the option of paying more for additional repair work)

I went to the iPhone Professor because I broke my iPhone 7 screen. Living in Bend this is one of the only places that can replace the screen the same day instead of sending it out.
This is the first time I have ever had to replace a screen and I didn't know what to expect. After seeing how the screen was installed after picking up the phone I wasn't 100% happy (I am very particular on electronics) with the fit of the screen. The team was friendly and said to give it a few days to settle and if I still was not satisfied they would see what could be done.
I went back the next day and have to admit
