Houser LLP is a leader in charitable causes and pro bono services. We provide free legal services and immerse ourselves in various charitable causes. Each attorney is given 50 hours or more each year to provide legal services free of charge to those individuals who cannot otherwise afford an attorney.
The Firm's Financial Institution Practice consists of representation of clients in all types of litigation and transactions. We understand the complex legal issues faced by banks, savings and loan associations, thrifts, loan servicers, and other financial institutions. We will work with you to resolve problems expeditiously.
Since its formation in 2001, the Firm has won over 220 Court of Appeals matters including published decisions across the country. A published decision typically sets forth changes or restrictions in the law that benefits our clients. Our Appellate Department Chair, Emilie Edling, stays on top of law.
