Kim and her team are great; they're straight shooters and treat you like family. They use Toyota OEM parts and don't cut corners on their service. The business is now in its third generation of operation; you just can't find experts like them these days. Give them a shot and support small business; you won't regret it.

I asked Toy Tech to perform a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle I was considering purchasing. They were able to fit me into their very busy schedule on tremendously short notice, and their inspection showed the vehicle was not one I was going to be interested in buying. Their prompt, informed service was exemplary, and I would recommend them for lots of other services.

When your AC goes out150 miles into a 2500 mile trip that's bad. When you wait another 400 miles to get it repaired at Toy Tech, it's great. Kim and Matt saved our trip by diagnosing and replacing a well worn AC Blower Motor. They were able to complete this in one day, communicated clearly the whole time, and best of all, it was very fairly priced. I can't say how much we appreciate them and how highly I'd recommend them to folks living in Colorado Springs!

After my first service with Toy Tech I'm very pleased to report they did an excellent job servicing my 4Runner. They replaced two KDSS front shocks and responded to an unexpected brake problem by quickly diagnosing the cause and handling the repair most efficiently. Their prices are reasonable and they only work on Toyotas and only use Toyota part. They also found I had an uninvited four-legged guest that had been filling my cabin filter with Pinion nuts and took care of that too. Great Job!

This company is AMAZING. The people are very down to earth and always honest with me. I have never felt like I am getting ripped off or over charged and they are very helpful in explaining to me anything I don't understand about my vehicle. I had an incredible experience with Kim. I took my Land Cruiser to the dealer and they tried to tell me my head gasket was cracked. Kim did a block test and some other diagnostics and quickly found out it was only a compromised radiator cap and got my Cruiser driving again.
I can't be more thankful for Kim. She's the real deal.

I love these guys so much! They're honest and do really good work on Toyotas. I own a 97 4Runner that has been having some t-case problems but these guys were able to help me out. Not only that I was driving from Philadelphia to Colorado when my car broke down. They were able to talk to me on the phone, help me diagnose what the problem was, and helped me not get overcharged by the mechanic I went to. Overall super friendly and only pleasant interactions with them. As long as I am in colorado I will be taking my 270,000 mile 4Runner there.

VERY HONEST business. I took my Prius V in for a repair and Kim knew right away what the problem was. She confirmed with me the next day that her initial opinion was indeed the issue and it was fixed FREE of charge because it did not take much to fix the issue. That has NEVER happened to me! I have always been charged something for a repair by mechanics no matter how little time or effort it took. She is VERY honest and educated, its no wonder they have been in business 18 years! Its REALLY hard to find businesses with such integrity AND expertise anymore. I'm very thankful we found Toy Tech

Trustworthy and friendly. Give this family-owned and operated business a try. I received an upfront and detailed estimate that put my mind at ease. What's more, once the work started, the tech determined that not all of the ordered parts were needed. So, the final price was LESS than the estimate. When has this happened? In my experience, never. If you drive a Toyota, do yourself a favor and try Toy Tech.

We had a leak in our 1998 Sienna necessitating a new crankshaft seal. Apparently the leak ruined the timing belt even though it was less than 2 years old. Toy Tech replaced the timing belt and the water pump. Almost immediately after, the power steering pump began to leak. Toy Tech replaced the power steering pump for $400. I have since learned replacing the timing belt involves the power steering belt. If the power steering belt is tightened too much, it can puncture the power steering pump and cause a leak. I am not a car mechanic but it doesn't really seem like a coincidence that

Even though I did not get my truck repaired by Toy Tech(still not repaired), I appreciate everything they did and offered and I will return. They were honest, forthright and transparent in our dealings, something that is a rarity these days. They did troubleshooting on my 4x4 which can be difficult at best on my model and they were open about how it could progress. Thank you for being a great family owned business. I will be back for any other work on my Toyota.

I have been having problems with my Toyota Matrix for over a year. After bringing it to the dealership, spending $1000 and not getting the problem fixed I just kept driving it. I finally asked around for a good shop and this one came recommended. They diagnosed my problem within seconds and fixed it within two days for under $400. Very happy with the professional and knowledgable service and will become a regular customer here (hopefully not too often!). Thanks Toy tech!
