The name SkyFrog comes from Joe Vasquez, the founder of our tree service partner. The Skyfrog unit specialized in air and amphibious reconnaissance in the United States Marine Corps. Jason Lee met Joe at the University of Florida and helped out with the tree service early on. In 2009, Jason joined the SkyFrog brand by launching SkyFrog Landscape.
Starting as one person, a truck, and a trailer, we now operate with over 40 team members, deploying 16 vehicles. Based right here in Gainesville, our passion is to provide North Florida with an expert approach to landscaping. We were honored to have SkyFrog maintain our property for over 15 years. Jason and his team were always cost effective, as honest as the day is long, competent and timely. They were a pleasure to work with, their crews were all easy to speak to, responsive and cleaned up our property after the work was completed. We travel a lot and trusted them to… care for our property when we were away and they did a great job which enabled us to sell our home at a higher price due to the property being so gorgeous. I would even call them for advise when I was handling the mowing and they were great.

I hired SkyFrog to do part of a backyard renovation. They will also be doing fertilization, pest control, and weed control for for our yard going forward. The staff was extremely professional, courteous, dependable, and they accommodated our timeline. There were no issues whatsoever, which is rarely the case with companies these days!! I would happily hire them for future projects!! Tammi was amazing and made all aspects of SkyFrog’s part of my project stress-free!!

Skyfrog Landscape is great for the installation of creative landscapes. And their maintenance department does an excellent job of keeping your yard looking it's best. They installed my irrigation and now I never have to worry about watering my yard. Everything is automatically done with the timer. Best of all, they will soon be installing our new customized fire pit that I have been dreaming about for years. If you can dream it, they can do it!
