Negatively affected the open businesses in the strip center as their construction crew repeatedly parked in spaces in front of the shops that are trying to catch walk-in foot traffic. The end result is that any customer would have to park in the outer spots and walk, while they monopolized the spaces in the front. Any challenge a customer may face to enter a storefront is a chance the customer chooses not to go in, and maybe never comes back.
Early in the process, I spoke to the business owners who are renting the new space, and I spoke with the "project manager" - all of whom assured me it would

3 of your trucks are blocking and parked in ALL of the handicap spaces in front of a build out they are working. The spots are the only spots for a strip center of about 5 business including a restaurant that your trucks are preventing us from parking to eat at it. We asked them to move but we’re met by a very rude “supervisor.” Shame on you and I’d expect a little courtesy and better training of your staff to not park in or violate the law. What other laws do they violate such as building codes or quality if they can’t even follow a simple one of don’t park in designated handicap spaces
