Just like the first review, absolutely the worst. Waited almost a year for this piece of property to come on the market, well it did. For the life of me I don't know why Sharon wasted her time calling me to let me know, when she knew she wasn't going to sell it to us. Sharon likes to pick and choose who she sells to. She'll even go as far as lie about offers that don't exist or tell you it's a done deal and not let you make an offer. Now I have to try and make my kids understand why we can't buy this house. Think twice about this company i have bidded on 2 houses the first one sharon the owner told me bid the highest because there will be no counter offers which there was such a lie i had the highest bid than they asked for more money the second house she said the bids will be read on dec 29th 2015 so before i got my bid in she told me someone a bid of 65k which was over the asking price of 47k if bids are sealed which is the fair way how is this happening well in my opinion its corrupt and unethical which is why im reporting them to the florida realstate commision board i hate liars and the good
