Often after a short hospital stay, due to an illness or surgery, an individual requires rehabilitation. Our Rehab to Home program provides our residents with access to quality physical, occupational and speech therapists. Our beautiful new skilled rehabilitation unit offers large private suites with private bathrooms and provides our guests with a bed, flat screen tv, nightstand, and comfortable sitting area.
Whether getting your strength back following an illness, recovering from surgery, or recuperating from an injury, our outpatient services can provide just what is needed to get you back to enjoying life. We work with all age groups so if you are prescribed therapy and want to stay close to home, ask your physician about completing outpatient therapy at Wellington Place Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Transitioning to Long Term Care is a difficult decision for everyone involved. Wellington Place Nursing and Rehabilitation Campus walks families through this process, with the resident's quality of life and care as the top priorities. Long Term Care not only provides a full array of nursing and therapy services but also life enrichment activities and convenience services.
Wellington Place Assisted Living provides a homelike environment that allows tenants to be active and independent while having access to nursing assistance 24/7 if needed. Affordable apartment style living enables tenants to personalize their new home and to come and go as they please. Tenants enjoy a variety of services, such as meals, laundry, housekeeping, and life enrichment activities.
