Our Location Managers are Certified Collision Repair Managers (CCRM), with approximately 40 years of combined experience.
We ask that you please deactivate your alarm before leaving your vehicle with us. It may be necessary to disconnect your car battery during repairs, so your alarm system may need to be reactivated by the alarm installer if it is not first deactivated. King Collision cannot be responsible for deactivating or reactivating alarms due to the many types and models.
Avoid a common mistake by using our guide below. Most drivers make costly, long-term decision errors immediately following an accident as fear gives way to anger and frustration. A calm and informed reaction to an accident will reduce your chances for additional grief and expense. If the other person admits responsibility, offers a money settlement and you accept, any future claim against the driver may be compromised.

Your vehicle is methodically disassembled to identify and document all damage in order to write a complete repair plan, which your insurance company must review and approve before any repairs can begin.
Do wash the vehicle by hand with cool, clean fresh water and a very mild car wash solution using a soft cloth or sponge. Do keep your vehicle free of bird droppings, which have a high acid content and will damage a freshly painted surface. Do not spill gasoline, oil, antifreeze, transmission fluid, or windshield solvent on the new finish.

I’m going to tell everyone about this place, they are absolutely amazing! I should of gone to them sooner! Everyone there from the front desk to the mechanics to everyone in between were full of kindness and filled with knowledge and that meant a lot. They also keep you updated almost daily with pictures and a step by step process on everything they do to fix the vehicle, mine car was in a accident and after using King collision they made it like I was never in a accident to begin with! I had a Honda paint recall on my vehicle which required over a week worth of painting. Brian Cox was extremely helpful and accommodating. The estimate and dealings with Honda regarding payment for the repair were all handled by King Collision. My dealership simply dropped my vehicle off to them and roughly a week later I received back what looked to be a new car. The paint job looks exactly like the factory fresh coat. Had a minor accident that took forever to process through the other drivers insurance. First place I came to was king collisions in plymouth since it was the closest authorized tesla repair center near me. I was extremely impressed when Brian walked me around the shop to show me the facility and the areas they had in place for specialized vehicles. This was BY FAR the best experience for getting body work done on my car. From the first time in the door to have the car looked at to see what work it needed, to the day I came in to drop it off and get a rental (all handled through them so I didn’t need to negotiate prices to get my rental on my own time), and getting my car back way faster than anticipated, this process could not have been any easier. Absolutely exceptional. Who wants to have to go to a body shop for a collision repair? NOBODY! But when you have an accident you have to go and there is no better place than this. This is the second time in three years I have gone there for work - first on a Tesla Model X and now on a Model Y. They have gotten even better! The service is excellent and basically from the moment your car is in their hands you don't have to worry anymore. Who could ask for more than that?

Excellent body shop. Very professional and top quality work. Had our Tesla repaired there and work quality was excellent, final cost was a bit under initial estimate and delivery time was faster than promised.
