At Mercato, we have deep roots in food craftsmanship. Our CEO Bobby Brannigan grew up in his father's butcher shop in Brooklyn where he learned firsthand the complex logistics of running a grocery store. After starting and selling an $85M tech company in his college dorm room, Bobby went back to his roots to help his dad get his grocery store online.

First time ordering from this store. I ordered 23 items, and prior to the delivery, they sent me an email stating that 5 items are out of stocks. But they only delivered 6 items. Where are some of them? I called their hotline and the agent told me to have a refund. Well, how about offer me a good service. Worst service and never will I order from this store again. I better stick to Amazon fresh.

I placed my first order with Mercato few days ago and I was very pleased with the experience! The delivery came fast and I got everything in good order. I have Amazon Fresh and Stop and Shop delivery and I was happy to try Mercato! I think I will use it from now on, because there are over 100 stores near me that I can order from, and especially from my favorite store, Associates near Seneca Avenue.

I used this service a couple of times recently to order from the best produce store in the neighborhood. In terms of the variety, quality and price of the items, my orders were far better than those I've made on Amazon Fresh. The delivery service has been flawless and very efficient. Everything arrived well packed and in good shape. I especially like the option of automatic replacement for out-of-stock items: they only replace them when very close substitutes are available. Nevertheless, I have to acknowledge that great part of my good experience using Mercato is due to the quality of the store

We recently placed an order for curbside pickup at our local food co-op through Mercato. The order entry process on the Mercato site was straightforward and easy to use. Once our order was placed we were able to make changes to the order with a phone call no closer than 24 hours before pickup day/time. Customer service was prompt, very courteous, and efficient. If items were out of stock, customer service made excellent substitution suggestions in real time with a quick phone call. Pickup was made as scheduled with no delays. We've used Mercato twice since the start of the pandemic—once at the beginning of stay at home orders (in April) and once this past weekend (August). In just three months they've improved the service by leaps and bounds, and I'm excited to continue using it to order from our local farm store! The ordering process was as simple and easy to navigate as Instacart, and I get to support a local business and farm. I am a regular customer of Mercato Delivery Services. I love those people, They are quite professional and timely. Moreover, their customer service is quite prompt. If you get any issues, they will fix them very immediately.
I have worked with other delivery services, but Mercato seemed to be cost-effective to me. Also they have easy online ordering system.

As a first time shopper I'm thoroughly impressed with Mercato's delivery service. I wanted to try them as they were connected with a high quality grocery store and they did not disappoint. The fruits and vegetables chosen were perfect, so good I'll be ordering again this week. The delivery person was very considerate when leaving my groceries in the bin I had assigned for them, he made sure to get in touch with me letting me know they were all set, he was so quiet I'd never have known anyone had come. Packaging was perfect, all in all I highly recommend this new service to anyone looking for quality
