Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
A few years ago my wife used them for a trip with large group. Later we called on them again to facilitate a trip to Europe and again it was worth it. I think we even got an "extra" by using them - the ability to pick our seats, which was not available to people booking their own flight.
