Custer-Glenn Funeral Home Inc. is a family owned and operated business in Wooster, Ohio, and was established in 1984 by the former owner, John A. Custer. At its founding, the company offered both funeral services to accommodate each family's needs and also provided ambulatory services for the Wooster and surrounding communities.

Sam and his staff are the BEST! They are professional and at the same time very caring and compassionate. They are there to help you with anything you need or want. Sam makes you feel like family and I like that. I would recommend his services before anyone else! When you are grieving, you need hugs......and they are there for you! Love them all!! 😁👏👏🎖🥇

Dad and I have known Sam many years, that's why Custer Glenn was his only choice when we decided to do his pre planning a few years ago. Sam and his staff are 100% top notch! So commpasioniate, efficient, the attention to detail is second to none. Dad did services at his church as opposed to their facility, and they took such loving care of dad from minute one....I'm so grateful for all of their love and compassion for dad and for my family. They are amazing!!

My Father died December 17th 2019 so close to Christmas
Custer Glenn Funeral Home came to the Hospital and picked up my Dads body we were in such a sad state me and my sisters. The Staff that transported Dad was so kind and caring I knew he was in good hands
A few days later we went to meet with Funeral personnel I must say the calmness and genuine care was more than I ever expected in this traumatic time my Sisters and I were put at ease
The whole experience was one I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this Outstanding Institute

Sam Glenn and staff were very kind and patient with myself and sisters handling my father’s arrangements
The arrangements were completed in a timely fashion with the upmost respect of our family.
The facilities are very clean and comfortable and well suited for the process. Our needs were meant with dignity.

Sam, Jordan, and the entire staff were extremely professional in the planning of my father-in-law's calling and funeral in January. The physical building (no entry steps) and comfortable interior made this choice a wonderfully easy gathering place for family and friends. They ordered the casket spray for us which was beautiful. With photos provided by the family, they made a lovely video filled with great memories and gave us copies. Highly recommend.
