Each and every person at Flawless is a true professional. My stylist Lisa Gransbery makes me feel like I am her most important client - but I know she makes all of her clients feel that way. Patience Peale is an amazing nurse practitioner with a high level of expertise - I always feel safe/comfortable when consulting with her. Thank you FLAWLESS - I am so glad you are in our community!!

I feel a little torn rating a place I technically didn't get to use.
I walked down twice during the day (we were staying in the hotel) and waited quite a while each time. The first time, I left without seeing anyone as I'd promised to take the kids to the pool and only wanted to check availability for later. I only wanted about 10-15 minutes.
The second time, my husband walked down with me. Again, there was no one at the desk, but this time we could hear people in the back. The door has a bell. We talked while we waited. I cleared my throat several times bc my allergies were doing that lovely

Kristy did my pedicure. I was told best place to get one. I don't live in area. If it's the best I would hate to see the worse. My feet dry and fresh callus. I soaked and she put a few pads to softener the bad places. Then a 45 second scrub each foot. I watched another girl working and it was run for 2 minutes or more on the client. Each foot. Cleaning around my toenails was minimal. I can see the stuff around the polish. Would only say your feet get washed. Try to post pic. It was $35 for the basic. Two star is for owner and staff being friendly. They also did not have the little flops to wear

I had a pedicure done by Lindsey and I won't ever be back. It was the worst I've ever had. I won't go to the downtown copper king flawless again. I quit the uptown location long ago. The girls aren't very inviting. I also bought over $150 in bare minerals from Lindsey. I was told computer was down and that she would email me a receipt. That was over 3 months ago and I'm still waiting. Take my advice and never pay cash for anything there. I've emailed Flawless several times asking for receipt to no avail. Quick to take your money but not give receipt.

I went to Flawless Salon on Saturday, and literally it's only been 4 days and my nails are already falling apart. I got the shellac done on my fingers and also just a regular pedicure. The pedicure felt good and they do these moisturizing boots and it's amazing. The girls were nice and the atmosphere is great, but when it comes to painting the nails, they look horrible. I've gone to Flawless when they first opened and also had a bad experience, but I figured I would give them another shot. I am still disappointed, and so is my friend that also got her nails done with me. I'm going to have to pay
