Acne is the most common skin problem in the country, affecting about 50 million Americans of all ages both physically and psychologically. The sun gives off ultraviolet light that damages the skin and contributes to premature skin aging, dark spots, and other problematic conditions. Allergies are caused by the immune system overreacting to a foreign substance.

I had not been to a dermatologist before, was unsure where exactly the office was, and because of schedule changes had the wrong time, but in spite of my failings, they all treated me kindly, I didn’t have to wait long, and my examination was efficient, professional, and actually treated one of the conditions I needed assessed. I felt much reassured that the other things I was concerned about were normal, and was given advice about routine treatment of a couple of other conditions. I was asked if I had any other questions or concerns, and all was done with professional efficiency and dispatch

Very strange appt. Upon arrival no questions ask about Covid, No blood pressure taken, No temperature taken, strange ! Once the out patient surgery was completed, on her way out the nurse said it will be a couple of hours for the results and closed the door. Of course we were thinking she was joking, nope the joke was on us. No, the bathroom is down the hall. No, would you like some water while you wait several hours ! Upon looking around the room it could stand a good cleaning. Overall not our first choice, not even our third choice for out patient surgery. Dr. was quick and knew his job, that

The office was clean and was not over crowded. There was plenty of spacing between chairs. The bathroom was not a closet size and was clean. The front desk help was pleasant. Sal and the staffing in the back was caring, and took the time to listen to what your issue is. I recommend Yuma Dermatology for your skin issues.

Finished a skin check up and the PA said we would get a small lump scheduled to be removed. OK. So dressed, went and to window to schedule the surgery and response was she couldn't schedule at the present blamed computer issue. OK...asked if she had my info to call me to schedule when computer issue was resolved and she said yes..she would be calling me to schedule an appointment. I neglected to ask what month this would happen as after several working days I have yet to receive that call. The PA was satisfactory but from my experience scheduling personnel really needs more supervision.

WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED. My husband saw this Dr. twice. The first time he was ok. On the second visit he was EXTREMELY rude and arrogant. I don't want to get into details but what I can say is that this Dr. does not care about his patients. He's extremely rude. All he wants to do is rush his patients out of his office. My husband canceled all his prescriptions and visits with him. I debated about writing this review becauseI don't like bashing businesses, but I'm sorry..He can't treat people that way and get away with it.

I got something burned off my face and sent home. I got no aftercare information so I emailed them pictures and asked if the bubbling was normal. They got back to me today, one entire week later on how I should care for my face. Worst service ever!! Don't go to Yuma Dermatology if you care about your treatment.

My husband has a virtual appointment this morning. We figured out ourselves how to log in to their system since no one has been answering the phone all week. It says the doctor is online as well but nothing is happening. Sure hope we're not charged. On our initial appointment in office, the doctor was late.

Worst dermatologist I have ever seen. Dr. Boen was non-attentive and appeared to forget why I was there. She told me to use an over the counter cream for a severe rash without telling me it had Rentin A in it, resulting in a worsening of the rash. She also missed a discoloration of the skin that my Primary Care Dr. thought might be cancerous and referred me to a different dermatologist. This clinic is nothing more than a why to milk Medicare as the Dr. refused to address any concerns over the phone after the initial visit and wanted more appointments when I had questions about the first

The FNP we usually see is amazing, you might not be as lucky as we are. Very friendly and thorough however you get booked for an appointment and wait over an hour to be seen. Not enough seating or large enough waiting room so you're probably going to wait out front in the sun without shade! Wear sunblock and a hat for sure!

The PA they have working at Yuma Dermatology is a liability. This guy will see you (in place of a real doctor) and dismiss your concerns without ANY knowledge of what he's talking about. Case in point: I had a dry, scaly, red patch of skin that I was concerned about. Before I even had the chance to tell this guy how long I've had it, he says, "That right there is an age spot. The beginning of an age spot." In disbelief, I asked him again, "You sure about that?". His response, "There's nothing you can do about those,' so I figured, either this guy
